The foundation of my education has been through the Purchasing Management Association of Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces, focusing on strategic supply chain management, life cycle management of assets while specializing in electronics. Employed with IMP Group Aerospace Division as the OWSS Procurement and Supply Manager responsible for leadership, management oversight, and expert level consultative advice in assigned areas of procurement standards, policies, practices and procedures. To this end:Currently leading a cooperative team of Engineers, Buyers, and analyst. Objective of my leadership is to lead this team in utilizing established procedures, in defining the actions and support necessary to ensure that the system attains the specified system readiness objectives with minimum impact to Life Cycle Cost (LCC). Provide to all stakeholders visibility, risk assessment, and mitigation plans on material readiness including LRUs and build-up material holdings for customer supplied.

Responsible for Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Sparing Assessment and Obsolescence for CP140/A Aurora program.Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Produce Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans. • Develop and maintain Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) in accordance with MIL-STD-1388 2B. • Data gathering, manipulation and sanitization, and parameter calculations.• Graphical manipulation, detailed search and analysis.• Reliability Centred Maintenance analysis in accordance with MSG - 3.• Develop level of repair analysis for selected aircraft systems.• Develop provisioning analysis for selected aircraft systems.• Development of maintenance plans and procedures for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Aircraft Systems.• Identification of spares and support equipment requirements.• Development of life cycle planning in support of in-service programs.
