• Delivered record annual volumes in a closing site - 72mn packs
• Increased plant utilisation via implemention of weekend shift
• Successful negotiation of EBA with greater flexibility and less demarcation
• Maintain supply during period of great uncertainty

Reporting to the Owners and CEO was responsible for Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Installations. Drove the implementation of alternative shift patterns to free up spare capacity to debottleneck the factory. Delivered record peak numbers of kitchen deliveries 180 per week, up from long term average of 120.
