About me: Started my own journey into the tech space as a Sales Dev Rep at Oracle in 2010. I spent 12 months in Sales Dev before moving onto AE and Senior AE positions during my 8 years at Oracle. I worked with large enterprise organizations across the UK, covering a range of industries including Financial Services, Banking and Retail.In June 2018, I left my comfort zone at Oracle and took the plunge to join MongoDB as a Senior AE, where I was tasked with the opportunity to build out an entire new territory within South Africa, which included building out a partner network from scratch.In FY22, I was asked to step up and lead the UK Outbound Sales Dev org, where my team supported some of our largest customers. Grew the team from 5 to 12 during this FY. We had four back to back quarters of overachievement with all fully ramped reps hitting a minimum 100% attainment each quarter in seat. In FY22, 9 of these reps were promoted from ADR to Senior ADR and 5 of these 9 reps subsequently got promoted a second time too (4 to AE's and 1 to Sales Enablement).In FY23, I was promoted to a new role as Inside Sales Manager, where I now lead a team of highly talented Inside Sales Reps, who work within our strategic accounts segment in the US. Our AE's work alongside their Strategic Account Directors, helping to expand MongoDB's adoption within our largest customers.I am incredibly passionate about mentoring and developing the sales talent at MongoDB. I want to be able to pass on the knowledge and experiences i've had during my own 12 year journey in tech sales (both good and bad), by helping to coach, mentor and develop our top talent into becoming future Enterprise AE's at MongoDB.About our team: Our Inside Sales org is a group of top performing, high-energy sales reps and we are growing really fast. I am always looking for AE's that have a passion for working in a hyper-growth tech sales environment and are laser focused on personal and professional development.
