Since 1989 practicing karate. As trainer I am registered under the Czech karate since 1995. Since 2015 I have opened my own club under the SKIF authority (Shotokan Karate International Federation), organizing also regional championships, approx.. 300 competitors.

After the death of my teacher I decided to open my own club, HPZ karate and join SKIF.

After the organization change the role of ADC brought taking care about the UNIX, LINUX and AS400 world. Team stabilization, support of agile model implementation, catalogue of services proposal. Bank wide activities management , e.g. patch campaigns (cooperation with the Security, Risk, CAB authorities, focused especially on delivery site). As a main success I consider involvement of all business tribes (understand entities) into the patch campaign process.

Responsible for IT Infrastructure projects deliveries. Important projects management or participation: (i) Printing services outsourcing , (ii) SGCIB Investment banking services implement-tation, (iii) IBIS (IT Infrastructure services of Balkan SG entities inte-gration. Building the sales network and its subsequent care. Business offers, including important tenders preparation, negotiations, and contracts management (from the agreement of the sales and / or service contracts, to its termination). Creation of the sales representatives network.
