I’ve pioneered numerous “first to market” brands and companies, gaining invaluable experience and insights along the way. Passionate about sharing my knowledge, I focus on what works, how to execute it, and the pitfalls to avoid.Starting my career at Y&R and Grey Advertising in New York, I honed my skills in branding, market strategies, and product launches, introducing products for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Clorox, and Canada Dry.In the Bay Area, I joined the start-up CKS Partners, leveraging technology in communications and design. I helped grow CKS Partners from a start-up to a successful IPO.Recognizing the need for integrated marketing, I founded Addwater to unify the shopping experience across catalog, web, and in-store environments. With an exceptional team, Addwater grew to over $55 million in three years and was repeatedly recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Bay Area.My recent ventures include BOOMITY|Health and The Promontory. At BOOMITY|Health, I developed a Peer-to-Peer community engagement platform for health and mental health organizations, improving patient empowerment through social connection and information sharing.
