I have a combined 13 years in the Philippine esports scene. The first three were spent as a competitive fighting game player with some community-level tournament organization.I was employed under Mineski Events Team (now Mineski Global) in 2015, and was outsourced to ESL Asia until 2018. Afterwards, I became their Head of League Operations until I left in 2020.In 2020-2021, I dabbled into esports team management as I worked for both Playbook Esports and RSG Philippines.In 2022, I returned to esports events organization under Gariath Concepts as their Head of League Operations.In 2023, I joined Swarmio Media to assist in building products and programs for budding gaming communities, effectively leaving the local mainstream esports scene to focus on growing and promoting communities.My experience ever since the early years has exposed me to different types of back-end workers, players, and clients, and how to handle situations that may involve them. Currently, I oversee a team of five league operators/community managers as I work to pass on all my knowledge and experience to them, while using my own know-how to help my team navigate the current gaming landscape.
