• Create and update requests in Remedy and C2 incident management system.
• Implemented Windows Deployment Services on Windows 2008 servers for more efficient deployments.
• Designed, developed, and updated corporate standard image with the necessary software defined by corporate IT management.
• Composed training material to support the company’s business applications.

• Provided first line support in the help desk troubleshooting problems reported by the end user and meeting the service level agreements outlined by the company.
• Created, managed and tested Windows XP and Windows 7 group policies.
• Performed add/remove/modify functions in Active Directory with user accounts, distribution lists, and security groups.
• Utilized existing Microsoft technology to remote desktop to servers to resolve server related issues which includes Citrix issues.
• Replenished new hardware as part of the hardware refresh project using existing RIS technology.

• First level technical support for 110 employees in 3 locations throughout Canada on network, desktop, hardware and application issues.
• Scheduled nightly server backups, and tape rotation using Iron Mountain off site storage services.
• Implemented Information Technology policies and procedures in accordance to the Sarbanes Oxley Act, and tested policies on a quarterly basis ensuring they met government guidelines.
• Analyzed and determined useless and/or unused computer services resulting in saving the company 25K annually.
• Tracked and maintained the company’s software licensing by generating reports on an ongoing basis to ensure software compliance.
• Administered and managed the company E-business website by adding customer access.
