Founded in 2004 by Scott Neeson, Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) provides life-changing education, nourishment and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. CCF is known for delivering a hand-up rather than hand-out, transforming impoverished young people into independent adults. This internationally well respected NGO cares for more than 2,400 students and 10,000 people annually, helping entire families and communities in crisis.
