He heads up the finance, accounting, tax, treasury, property, and procurement.David is known for his ability to develop and guide large teams, putting their professional development at the forefront of his priorities. He began his career in 1996 working for Auditing companies (Arthur Andersen and Deloitte), before joining in 2008 the French government Shareholding Agency. In 2012, he was recruited by the SNCF Group (€36 bn turnover, 250,000 employees, 120 countries) and became, in 2018, Chief Financial Officer of SNCF Mobility and of the entire Group in 2020. He led the financial part of the French Railway Reforms in 2015 and 2019 and defined the new SNCF finance organisation.
