I am a highly a loyal and highly committed manager. I have a well known reputation for being a reliable, detail focused, creative and buy-in generating servant leader. Throughout my career at the bench, I purposely pushed myself to gain experience in all aspects of each Healthcare Technology Program that I was lucky enough to support. I love our industry. One of my most important aspects as to why I love our field of work is the constantly changing Healthcare Technology Management landscape. No day is the same. Each day offers new challenges and rewards. I am ambitious ambitious and dedicated to the employees I am honored to manage and to the customers that rely on our services.Throughout my life, I have always had the natural instinct to lead, whether by example, supervision or teaching, and always foster an open, productive, efficient and successful workplace. I always remain steadfast in my loyalty and duty to the staff that I serve as a manager and the managers and leaders above me. I am a true believer in the idea that if my employee's work/life balance should be the main priority of a manager or supervisor. My belief in that fact, in my opinion, has allowed me to be successful as a supervisor. Ultimately, I never forget the fact that any and all success I may have as a Healthcare Technology Manager is due to so many amazing employees, the complete support of my Executive Leadership groups, and my commitment to always keeping our customer’s needs (especially those caring for our amazing military Veteran heroes at the VA, at the pinnacle of any and all prioritization of work, under all circumstances.
