Responsible for the delivery of a number of transformational change programmes across all lifecycle stages, including:• Delivery of transformation in how public interact with the police by making a wide range of services available on line• Design of programme to introduce new working practices, enabled by mobile technology to deliver productivity improvements and reduction in estate• Management of programme to design changes to organisational structures, processes and behaviours to remove management layers from organisational hierarchy• Delivery of major organisational culture, values and behavioural change programme • Implementation of new HQ operating model and delivery of efficiency savings, representing around one third of operating budget.

Led the team of diversity, equality and inclusion consultants providing advice to senior leaders across the organisation (c 50,000 staff), encompassing both service delivery and employment practices. Led the development of the MPS Diversity and Equality Strategy, leading to the award of ENEI Public Sector Organisation of the Year 2012. Introduced organisation wide performance framework for diversity and equality. Developed and implemented revised operating framework for provision of independent community advice to the police following 2011 London riots.

Led a wide range of projects to improve operational processes and deliver organisational change. Responsible for managing the Group’s capability in analytical and operational research techniques.
