Managed an operations team of 30 -35 engineers and leads responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Optanix Platform. - Responsible for all efforts of the operations team including coordination and successful application of available resources. - Facilitate continuous improvement of the organization, its engineers, and tools used within the operations team.- Manage all operations team projects and critical incident resolution requiring an understanding of available resources engineer strengths and time constraints to achieve success.- Serve as a coordinator and liaison between teams and organizations both internal and external.- Partner with the development team to improve the Optanix Platform service

Manage workflow for a team of six engineers responsible for multiple enterprise clients. - Perform daily quality assurance of case work- Review team documentation and communication- Facilitate continuous improvement of the engineer's work flow processes

Maintain and support the Optanix platform service Cisco Contact Center Products (including Voice, Unified Communications and ICM)Cisco Foundation Products, entitlement managementMySQL (INNODB, NDB) AdministrationSoftware auditing (physical, feature and/or functional)Billing management and operational support.Effective oral and written communications skills

Independently run and maintain multiple (CNC) machines to produce parts to customer specifications within company standards for safety, quality and productivity
