Appointed to lead the creative capabilities of Dephion, part of the IIC Group (Investors-in-Care). Responsible for the Creative-Art Direction and production of groundbreaking digital products within the Health & Well-being sector. Developing unique and compelling user experience at every step of the user journey. Directing multiple teams from over 100 employees, with departments including Art, Media, Marketing, Web Development, App Development, 3D Modelling & Animation, Health Science and Content.Involved in the Development of all new digital products from the ground up. Including the Brand Vision, Brand Strategy & Development, Product Development, Creative Direction, Art Direction, UX, UI, Design Implementation and Marketing Strategy & Communications. Apart from daily creative briefings within the departments, other activities include: maintaining the high standards of the Dephion brand and all subsidiary brands thereof, working meetings with all key stakeholders, producers and team leads; Brainstorm sessions with other directors, as well as weekly progress meetings with the COO. As Creative–Art Director of Mills Advertising Netherlands, David was responsible for all Creative Direction and Art Direction, reporting directly to the CEO. Leading a larger studio team than that of the London office, ensuring the timely delivery and excellent execution of all Marketing Communications and Advertising campaigns. A closer working relationship was developed with the Marketing Communications & Strategy team, helping in advancing creative media and establishing new innovative ways of online Marketing Communications. Developing creative advertising and marketing campaigns for international media such as print, online, outdoor, TV, radio and mobile. Mentoring and fostering a culture of creative innovation and consistency within the organisation.

Brought in at the very beginning of operations in London for Mills Advertising, David’s initial tasks were based on set-up and hiring, developing an all functioning creative studio. Responsible for Art direction on all the Mills Advertising London client portfolio, developing creative advertising and marketing campaigns for international media such as print, online, outdoor, TV, radio and mobile.
