Full responsibility for all aspects of Transportation planning and execution at the corporate level. Negotiating with carrier partners in all modes to include LTL, Domestic Air, Truckload, Intermodal, expedited, and small package. Fiscal planning, reporting , and analysis of all modes and carrier partners to include regular reviews and improvements using performance metrics. Additional responsibility for cross docking operations on both coasts, an FTZ operation, the GE Routing Center, and the TMS routing organization. I am also filling in at this time as Transportation Manager for the GE Current business segment as well.

Responsible for the 3rd party cross docking operations on West and East coast , as well as the Intermodal and Truckload logistics from North America Plants to the N.A. distribution network. Creating flexible capacity for the Outbound logistics while creating strong relationships with Dedicated Fleets, Intermodal IMCs, Railroads, Truckload, and LTL carriers. Full P&L responsibility for each operation, and creation of OP Plan and updates all year. I have leveraged my background to improve processes and take out costs for the business. The ability to work with both internal and external customers of each process has allowed me to continue to grow and learn more each day.
