I’m a partner at Mills Oakley with an expert legal team that specialises in helping insurance providers and their customers to best manage their losses and resolve disputes. I have been practising for over 22 years and have resolved literally thousands of pieces of litigation and legal disputes involving insurance for professional liability, public liability, property, business continuity, transport, life and total and permanent disability. My work has involved managing large schemes or portfolios of claims, material litigation, class actions, providing bespoke advice and providing input for insurance products. My approach is to be fair and consistent, striving for efficient resolution at good value.Mills Oakley has a national insurance practice footprint with teams in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane.
