External / On Site client visits. As well as looking after the team when State Manager is out, or unavailable.

Managed up to 1,000 active accounts, which reduced to 500 active accounts as they grew.Forecast monthly / quarterly targets based on run rate and project business. Ran reports daily to ensure workload was manageable. External client visits several times per month.

Retail store based in North Sydney (Now in Ultimo) - Meet and greet with clients, demonstrate Tablet PC use and benefits. Set up of Notebooks, Tablets and PC's. External meetings with clients weekly. Opened and closed shop daily, including security systems. Invoicing and purchase orders raised several times daily. Credit Card facilities used.

Internal Position in Ultimo, managing approximately 500 accounts Nation wide. Ensuring latest technology was deployed into existing clients. Lease agreements arrange, invoicing, purchase orders, basic level of technical support over phone, occasional on-site technical support. Primarily Technical and Sales based role.
