• Ensured employee compliance with all safety, nuclear surety, emergency war order and technical order standards and requirements

Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA

• Certified Test Conductor and Test Manager. Conducted ground, flight and space system tests in operationally representative environments on the Minuteman III and Peacekeeper Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)
• Collected, analyzed and reported performance, accuracy, reliability, aging and surveillance data to Joint Staff, Air Staff, US Strategic Command, Higher Headquarters and Contractor partners in support of weapon system.

Great Falls, Montana Area

• Commanded 50 Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) constantly ready to launch against targets directed by the President and National Command Authority
• Monitored 150 additional ICBMs, directed 20 missile crews and oversaw $4.3B in weapon system assets

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area

• Inspected, serviced, performed engine/propeller maintenance and repair procedures; identified and isolated engine/propeller system malfunctions.
• Recommended improved method for engine component installation; cut install time in half; new procedures adopted as the standard and were published in maintenance procedures manual
