As a coach and mentor, I love the idea of teaching and learning new ways to innovate in any environment. After 25 yrs in the Military as a human resources manager, supervisor, and leadership instructor, it's my goal to continue to work with teams to increase the growth and development of educational opportunities in the field of instructional design. I know my strong skills in the areas of team work, problem solving, discipline, and accountability will be key in recognizing areas of improvement for an organization. I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of completing a job that helps instructors and coaches elevate the next level of trainers and mentors.
