Social housing Service development consultant working across the United Kingdom. Lead consultant for my own company called 'Involve 360' delivering training, facilitation, service design, project management and working along side management teams as a critical friend. I also work across the country most recently for the Chartered institute of HousingBig focus in my work is on implementing tailored neighbourhood working and sustainability methodologies for landlords in terms of their own services and those of external partners. I have lead 2 national Pilots for CIH on developing neighbourhood working and recently developed and launched CIHs neighbourhood working Charter at their 2017 Housing conference.
