Responsible for total process flow in relation to:1. Sourcing, pricing, blending and exporting of wine for the FirstCape brand and all secondary brands of FirstCape. 2. Production planning.3. Quality Management Systems.4. Making and blending of wine to client and end user specification.5. Attending tastings and trade shows in the UK and South Africa.6. Dealing with our UK based marketing partners.7. Dealing with local bottling companies as well as bottling companies in the UK and Germany.8. Running the FirstCape production facility in South Africa.9. Legislative and certification admin.10. Stock control of bulk wine at five FirstCape shareholder wineries and bottled stock for export.11. Making samples for client approval.12. Daily collaboration with shareholder wineries in order to ensure that wine are made and blended to FirstCape specification.13. Managing a team of workers at FirstCape's production facility.
