Upon selling the business I started 20 years ago, I sold and released all company rights, processes and proprietary technologies while retaining an advisory role in the company. The intention and objectives to sell my business were solely based on family tragedies which were beyond personal management issues. Having to choose between a business and family was the hardest hurdle ever made in my career. I wish the new management team success and objective vision going forward in a complicated market environment.

I passionately strived for a balance of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Experiences include working with a world of customers from primarily brand name companies, large and small enterprises, in the area of brand building and product design by utilizing efficient manufacturing and cost management systems. Our teams worked hand in hand with each and every client to insure full disclosure of information in order to provide the best selection and approach to fulfill all needs and objectives. Our underlying advantage was to utilize Kaizen and care in all facets of our operation which in turn helped us grow and improve our company's ability to meet and exceed the goals and milestones our customers requested of us.Our primary targeted customers were exclusive brand companies including special events and exclusive wedding products. Additionally, our teams worked closely with global brands exclusively on selective brand expansion, and products that enhanced and improved brand recognition. Having the ability to provide in-house design capability, our untethered passion to create products and services individualized for each customer as requested, while effectively managing costs and quality through all phases of design, development and manufacturing we continued to exceed above and beyond each customer objective. In order to improve our productivity and increase our customer reach we developed proprietary software having established eight patents and various exclusive functions not currently available in standard online competitive processes.

In this assignment I was to assist the president of a Japanese parts supplier to assure a smooth transition of highly technological manufacturing equipment by negotiating with high level management, project managers, and technicians to secure a strategic J-V partnership that could continue to manufacture a product supplied to auto-manufacturers worldwide. I effectively coordinated and managed Japanese, European and North American equipment suppliers, personnel and machinery to the new J-V. Our focused objective for this project was to build the new J-V and its personnel mirrored on the Japanese ventures technology, manufacturing techniques and Kaizen activities. The project team successfully managed the transformation of the JV's strategic territorial supply route, supplier quality program, machine reliability program implementation and hiring of local personnel. Profit for the venture was realized the second year after establishment.

As part of a very important section of the technical Infantry area of field operations and an emphasis on special weapons, tactical maneuvers, and strategic planning, I expelled leadership and management of every mission throughout my military career in the Corps and earned the sharp shooter award as well as numerous meritorious awards. After four years of duty I was honorably discharged and continued to university for higher education .
