Michael Lonsdale Limited purchased E7 Building Services in May 2019. Having been asked by the board to spend time at E7 during the due diligence period, this developed into a full-time role later that year. E7BSL subsequently secured their largest contract to date, £6.9M. The team at E7BSL have embraced the take-over, welcomed me warmly and shown great spirit over the past 12 months.

Joined Michael J Lonsdale in September 1998 as a Junior Project Engineer undertaking the shell and core and fit-out of 21 storey Archway Tower. Progressed rapidly to become confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Was promoted to the position of Contracts Manager in 2005, and then to Associate Director in 2007.Developed a business plan in 2009 for a "small works" division which was presented to the Chairman and Managing Director before being approved by the board. Promoted to Director before commencing the set-up and operation of the Redworx Division of the Michael Lonsdale Group in 2010.

Responsible for setting up the Redworx division after development of the business plan and presentation to the Board. Managed the growth, promotion and development of the business.Retaining a hands on approach in the day to day operation and management of a youthful and enthusiastic team consisting of mechanical and electrical contracts managers, project management engineers, surveyors and estimators.Promotion of training and development within Redworx where we have several engineers following day release College and University courses.

Responsible for the succesful mechanical upgrade of the cold water storage tank, distribution pipework and fit-out of the top floor accomodation of the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel alongside the electrical team whilst retaining service to an occupied and popular Knightsbridge hotel.
