Produce construction phase health and safety plans to include all relevant and site specific risk assesments, method statements and COSHH data sheets. Carry out assessments of any health and safety training that may be required. Arrange with site management team to monitor all the inductions of site staff. Including specialist known areas of concern and including that asbestos surveys have been carried out and read thoroughly by all personnel involved.Signing off invoices and approving the overall spend involved with the contract.Meeting and inspecting properties with the quantity surveyor to make sure the specification is being fulfilled and any and all variations are being picked up.
