Evaluates academic records for the purpose of determining freshman, transfer and post-baccalaureate admissibility to the university. Adds units to PeopleSoft and verifies units in the Degree Audit System (uAchieve) if transfer student is admissible. Evaluates undergraduate supplemental records to determine progress towards and final verification of meeting the requirements of baccalaureate degree. Assists with evaluating International applications, both graduate and undergraduate for admission to the university. Researches the accreditation of foreign institutions and the equivalency of their vis-à-vis our courses. Processes TOEFL and ILTS scores and researches requests for test waivers.

Support the Registrar’s Office by providing entry-level abilities for accurate and skillful examination and evaluation of student academic records to determine admission eligibility and transferable course credits, and responsible for determining an applicant's eligibility and/or transferable credit through examination of transcripts and by conferences, or correspondence, articulate transfer work related to academic programs and catalog requirements. Create, review and update official degree plans, articulate courses through TES and CourseNet, update and add concentrations to student programs.
