Led a 40-person organization responsible for 635-person contract sustainment depot. Responsible for full spectrum modernization and sustainment of the F-117. Responsible for an associated annual budget exceeding $275M.

Supervised six contractors and managed two support contracts valued at over $1M in support of 350 personnel and 4 aircraft (B-1, B-2, B-52 and F-117). Coordinated capability planning and program integration initiatives. Managed transition of emerging technologies from Air Force Research Labs into fielded combat and support capabilities. Published two test and evaluation (T&E) policy documents. Lead representative supporting all HQ USAF test policy development. Developed processes in support of Secretary of the Air Force T&E initiative.

Chief of Staff for the Commander. Single point of contact to all internal and external agencies (HQ USAF, DoD) for review, tracking and coordination of staff packages. Formulated staffing policies and procedures. Prepared Status of Resource and Training Reports for submission to the Air Force Chief of Staff. Branch Chief, Aircraft Branch. Led 12 analysts and engineers responsible for analysis of operational test data to determine effectiveness and suitability of all major aircraft and related systems. Directed development and accreditation of digital models to perform reliability, availability, maintainability and survivability analyses.
