I have been in mechanical engineering - research and development - for 7 years and finished myapprenticeship as the best trainee. Since that time I have intensified mytechnical interest, which already spread widely varied after my first apprenticeship in the automotive sector. With a lot of initiative, I learned extensive knowledge about the various commonmechanical engineering CAD-programs PTC Creo Parametric mainly, Autodesk Inventor® and Fusion360, as well as AutoCAD Mechanical. I am familiar with various functions for users and administrators in all of the programs mentioned. Furthermore, another tasks came in addition parallelly in the field of tactile/optical measurement services, constructive work in the field of product development and the management of a central vacuum service until the end of 2019, which I passed exclusively independent.I have been practicing these cross-professional activities at my current employer since the takeoverafter my apprenticeship. So I'm, next to my actual qualifications as a technicalProduct designer for machine and plant design, also independently responsible for the use of 3D measurement hardware and software (FARO Prime Arm and Vantage Lasertracker; CAM2 Measure). This area of ​​responsibility includes calibration and measurement when positioning and/or assembling system modules, quality testing and reverse engineering of components and complete systems. Furthermore, I brought extensive self-taught and trained knowledge in the form of administrative tasks in the field of CAD to my employer and deepened it. These were of great use when creating in-house template files for the system administration and the users. The development/preparation and integration of parametric 3D models in a library for standard and catalog components was the largest independently managed administration project. Most recently, I worked out, tested and prepared templates and configurations for the introduction of a PDM system and streamlined work processes. This project should enable cross-departmental, simultaneous collaboration, error-free interchangeability of data bases without loss of information and data duplication, as well as almost complete digitization. Measuring data should be integrated as skeleton or reference models for parametric constructions.
