Manage internal client Profit and Loss reporting for Institutional Investor Services and US Investment Services divisions of Global Services Americas. Calculate, analyze and distribute financial information for senior department heads, relationship managers and client service officers. Provide commentary on revenue and expense trends and methodology changes that affect the business. Communicate with other finance areas to ensure allocations are treated consistently across the company

Produce client Profit & Loss statements and management reporting for Institutional Investor Services Core. Calculate detailed allocations of revenue earned and expenses incurred by the business unit. Analyze revenue and expense trends and communicate insights to management.

Provide oversight of all deliverables for large institutional private equity fund manager. Develop and maintain all models related to preferred return and carried interest calculations according to partnership agreements. Work with fund auditors to ensure completion of annual audit. Helped develop operating model for fund complex including tax blockers and feeder funds.
