In this role, I implemented multiple analytical techniques to revitalize field trip management for the transportation department to manage 3,000 field trips for the district per year to bridge the gap between education and hands-on experience. I headed a team of experts to deliver a 40+ pages detailed request for proposal (RFP) to establish joint understanding of the Routing and Planning System requirements to achieve bottom-line results of the project. I oversaw vendor management, selection, risk management, process improvement, and established metrics-based governance system to track performance measurement.

In this role, I delivered expertise to lead vendor’s major converged infrastructure project to simplify the data center management process and eliminated any hardware compatibility issues to meet business requirements. I consolidated resources and reduced costs by combining compute, storage and networking into a single system.

In my role as Program Manager, I introduced new EMC storage and virtualization products for all of Intel’s manufacturing sites worldwide to maximize performance and availability of resources. I transformed legacy systems to EMC new systems. Administered rollout of Intel’s ‘Same Exact’ SAN, and efficiently turned over 100% of business and projects to an EMC VSD Project Manager to smooth the workflow with high-level performance. I managed disaster recovery program, and involved executive management to implement company’s vision with comprehensive recommendations to enhance business growth with quality services work. I enhanced SAN IT infrastructure, development plans, off-site IT disaster recovery program, and improved fiscal management for North America. Internal to EMC, I facilitated center of excellence project accounting system management rollout for North America and Bangalore operations. I conducted training and workshop sessions for various project managers to achieve optimal level of competency.Notable customers included Intel, Weyerhaeuser, Boeing, State of Washington (DIS), St. Charles Health (Bend), Nike, Portland General Electric, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
