Responsible for monitoring project financial, schedule, quality, and permit compliance and preparation of annual budgets. Responsible as well for new project development to include cost estimates, detailed proposals, and directing projects from startups to the fully successful completion and acceptance. Supports management team delivering, operations, client service, and regulatory compliance at Jacobs’ OMFS project in the Southwest geography. Provide client, project and regional delivery coordination as well as program, process, and staff development.

Directed a staff of 50 associates operating a multi-facility system providing water production, water distribution, wastewater treatment and wastewater collection for the City of Rio Rancho. System included 4 wastewater treatment plants, 20 water production wells, 4 arsenic treatment plants, and advanced treatment plant for direct injection from WWTP. Duties included directing IPP, drinking water programs, and managing community/system growth.

Plant Manager / Construction Manager to oversee construction and maintain current operations for trickling filter WWTP to extended air activated sludge. Duties included daily supervision of plant operators and maintenance personnel, management of process control system engineers, and general O&M functions for the facility and 19 lift stations, maintaining and preparing plant operations and regulatory records and reports, budget control, training, and planning daily work schedules.
