-Executed the construction administration for a 93 unit luxury multi-family apartment complex. The $23M project obtained the required approvals from the State and rigorous inspection process of the National Park Services.-Designed a fully enclosed 30 acre greenhouse prototype. This building will play a key role in helping the client, COX communications, reach its goal of building a multibillion dollar cleantech business by 2030.-Created the schematic design for a new $160M mall campus consisting of 11 independent buildings, 20 miles southeast of Boston. The high-profile mall campus engages more than 100K+ passing cars daily and is projected to generate over $15M in net positive annual revenue.
