Sales Manager at ISP taken on to expand the Leisure side of the business,involving contacting customers with a Range of Distribution Products with the main brand as Ocean Signal and also offering the option to have their own Branded Lifejackets Manufactured at the Liverpool Factory.Established a lot of new customers for Ocean Signal but due to many factors felt that it wasn't for me and left on good terms beginning of July

All Stores were closed due to a decision to go with Online & Mail Order Sales only worked from home offering technical support,quotations,mail order sales and meeting with suppliers also new product evaluation, working with the Marketing Team with recommendations.Visiting Head Office once a week for meetings and general catch up.Made redundant end Jan 2015 due to a decision to go with Online Sales only with no Technical Support.

Continued with the same role reporting to the HQ every month Sales continued to grow and more staff were taken on as a lot of the Mail Order was being sent from this Store

Helped set up a new location at the other end of the Town and with existing and new Mail Order & Shop customers it soon helped Mailspeed Marine become the Number One Chandler in the UK.Helping put together a 300 + Catalogue and being one of the first to go Online Mailspeed became the Company that others aspired too.Offered a Directorship by the Owner Simon Relph the business went from strength to strength and with our large exposure at all the UK and Overseas Boat Shows the name was established everywhere and hence it was aquired by the Friday Media Group for addition to their portfolio of Leading Marine Magazines.

Business taken over by the largest UK Mail Order Chandler Cruisermart,with their extensive product range this help establish the Burnham Store as the Flagship shop within the Group.Also the large customer following I had both Mail Order and Shop made this Store the best performing in the Group.Business sold to Action Leisure Group when it sadly went into Receivership

Helped in the relocation of the Business as the New Owner had no Marine Experience.As this was a waterfront position Sales grew quickly and Lakedale established itself as a Leading Chandlery Supplier.

Started Lakedale Marine with my brother who previously worked for Thomas Foulkes who at the time were the largest Chandlers in the World.Built up a sucessful Mail Order/Shop Business which was sold and moved to Burnham On Crouch
