He has 18 years of professional experience which encompasses IT programs for enterprise-level customers. In 2010, he provided consulting services (e.g., Email-as-a-Service adoption roadmap) for the Federal Cloud Computing Initiative (FCCI) run by the first Federal CIO, Vivek Kundra. In 2014, he led a cloud advisory team that guided the FAA in establishing a Cloud strategy, Cloud acquisition ($50M), and Cloud governance processes. As a trusted advisor, his responsibilities included capturing operational requirements, making technical recommendations for improvement, and creating CONOPs that best fit the agency's needs.
