In terms of professional experience, I am, admittedly, a bit limited. I have worked at Cosentino's Price Chopper since summer of 2014, and this has been my only paying job as of yet. However, in my 9 years working there, I would say my people skills and customer service ability has grown immensely. additionally, I do have experience volunteering at my local church, operating their sound system during services, as well as operating and tweaking the slide presentation that runs during music, scripture readings, etc. A field that I hope to break into, however is something involving writing, whether that be grants, emails in a secretary position, or perhaps literature. Much of my formal education is centered around the written word and it is something I am rather passionate about. In addition writing is a skill I value quite highly and am always seeking to improve and grow in, so being able to do it professionally would be an exciting opportunity to do just that.

  Ringing up customer's groceries in a timely manner while also interacting with them in a friendly and personable way. additionally, I assist customer's in finding products, and operating self-checkout registers. I also, on occasion will stock the beer cooler when I am assigned to work the liquor department.
