I am a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful growth startups and creating new categories in banking. I have more than 20 years of experience in developing technology for financial services. Since 2011, I have worked as the CEO and Co-Founder of Personetics, along with my business partner David Govrin. Personetics is the world leader in creating a future of “Self-Driving Finance,” where banks can proactively act on their customers’ behalf with advanced money management capabilities to help customers save money automatically, pay off debt, spend smarter, and optimize their everyday finances. Our solutions give financial institutions the power of data-driven personalization: by utilizing banks’ own customer transaction data, Personetics helps banks discover personalized insights about their customers, and recommend relevant products to support their customers’ financial wellness while driving business impact. More than 80 of the world’s leading banks are currently deploying Personetics’ customer engagement platform, reaching more than 100 million bank customers worldwide. Prior to founding Personetics, I co-founded Actimize, the leading global provider of risk management and compliance solutions related to preventing and monitoring for financial crime. Under our leadership, Actimize was acquired in 2007 by NICE Systems. Prior to Actimize, I founded Gilon Information Systems, which grew under my leadership to become Israel’s largest business intelligence company. I am graduate of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Ben-Gurion University. My background is in engineering, data science, business intelligence and customer analytics. I have a passion for product development and driving the field of digital banking forward. I try to be a humble leader, with a priority to put people at the center of our company’s solutions.
