As a CS, revenue ops, and finance professional, I have extensive experience overseeing all aspects of customer success/support and finance operations by optimizing processes and tech stacks to build operations at scale. My expertise lies in working with key stakeholders to identify issues/areas of improvement, scope and manage project builds, implement solutions, and enable CS teams quickly and efficiently. I'm a firm believer in continual improvement, and bring this mindset to project builds (i.e. ongoing enhancements vs. "build and run"). I don't approach operations as a theoretical challenge; operations need to work well in practice for the users. I have a ton of empathy for CSMs and other customer-facing colleagues, and I give them everything I can to make their days easier.I'm looking for new opportunities to expand my horizons.
