National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Principal advisor to the commander and senior staff on all matters affecting the professional development and effective utilization of 4,000 military and civilian personnel. NASIC is the Air Force's premier analysis center for foreign air, space, and specialized intelligence. NASIC provides an expansive range of tailored, integrated assessments, products, and services to joint operational forces, national policymakers, and the acquisition community.

350th Spectrum Warfare Wing. Principal advisor to the wing commander on all matters affecting the health, morale, welfare, readiness, professional development, and effective utilization of 1,200 current and 2,134 planned military and civilian personnel across eight units at three locations throughout the United States. The 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing is responsible for delivering electromagnetic spectrum capabilities to 69 United States and Foreign Partner electromagnetic warfare systems. Additionally, the wing is responsible for electromagnetic warfare reprogramming, modeling and simulation, and electronic warfare system assessments.

423d Air Base Group. Responsible to the commander for the effective employment, professional development, and good order and discipline of over 6,500 members of the group. Articulates the commander’s vision and policies and communicates the concerns of the enlisted force to the commander. Responsible for providing the full range of operational, logistical, medical, communications, and community services support to a tri-base, joint complex including RAF Alconbury, RAF Molesworth, and RAF Menwith Hill in the United Kingdom, as well as the 426th Air Base Squadron in Stavanger, Norway; hosts 11 multiservice and multinational associate units. Oversees the management of a 950-facility, $800 million infrastructure supporting over $2 billion of joint command and control AFRICOM, EUCOM, and NATO mission assets.

Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center. Senior Enlisted Leader of a Direct Reporting Unit; leads 641 military and civilians. Advisor to 2-star general commanding officer. Provides general supervision to the command’s enlisted force and responsible for advising detachment commanders, directors, and staff on mission effectiveness, professional development, recognition, key enlisted Airmen nominations and hires, accelerated promotions, performance evaluations, military readiness, training, utilization, health, morale, and welfare of the organization’s enlisted, and takes action to address shortfalls or challenges. Regularly visited Airmen, to include traveling to geographically separated units; interacted with sister service counterparts; served as a liaison to and worked closely with the local community; actively led in the organization’s fitness program; ensured the enlisted force was ready to meet deployment requirements.

509th Communications Squadron. Led a flight consisting of 46 military, civilians, and contractors. Managed a $5 million operations and maintenance budget and $1.1 million contract deliverables supporting Whiteman Air Force Base. Supervised the following work centers: Plans, Resources, Information Assurance, Knowledge Management, Supply, Readiness, and Postal Service Center. Developed project management policy and oversaw the base's $60 million Information Technology blueprint, responsible for communication and information planning in support of 6,100 customers.

Multiple Units. Provided expert advice to Air Force commanders on the health, morale, and welfare of over 1,000 Airmen and civilians to ensure personnel were ready for combat deployments. Managed monthly administrative functions of Air Force units including the following: professional development ofAirmen, quality control reviews of all personnel records (annual performance reports, award nominations, military decorations), monthly promotion programs and unit physical fitness activities. Provided guidance to unit personnel through daily work center visits, weekly staff meetings and monthly unit briefings; ensured unit personnel were aware of the commander’s policies, goals and objectives. Ensured compliance with Air Force regulations and ensured fair and equitable disciplinary actions were imposed on those who violated US laws or the uniformed code of military justice. Coordinated with on and off-base agencies to leverage available resources to better equip unit personnel and enhance mission readiness. On call 24/7 to respond to unit personnel when required.

HQs Air Force Communications Agency. Led a team of 12 military and civilian members while supervising and managing the Air Force’s premier computer network laboratory. Installed, configured, and tested computer systems and network devices in numerous configurations to support testing, verification, and validation efforts to determine a products viability to be officially added to the Air Force unclassified and classified networks. Administered a full-scale, Air Force Base computer test network and tested all potential hardware and software upgrades as well as software patches prior to Air Force enterprise fielding.
