Back in 1993 I was offered a job with a Mom & Pop Telephone Equipment company in downtown Chicago. Little did I know when I took this job that it would be the field I would love and have passion about for the rest of my career! Back then I was hired as a sales consultant, knocking on doors and taking care of my customers. The sales career continued until one day I decided that I wanted to do things better by being my own boss. I picked up the technical skills necessary to implement installations and all the rest was self taught or learning on the job. The one thing I have always focused on was my customers. I can say that over the last 31 years of gathering and servicing over 1,000 businesses and installing thousands of business desk phones the only thing that matters to me is this: "Is my customer happy they are doing business with me?" Because if they are not, then I clearly have not done my job!
