Asset & Operations Integrity CoordinatorThe A&OI Planner manages and coordinates corrosion-related inspection and maintenance activities on cross-country pipelines, well lines and drillsite piping. Primary areas of responsibility are the CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) and Below-Grade inspection and refurbishment programs, Corrosion Major Repairs, corrosion-related LTO, Minor Capital and small and medium Operations Support Capital projects. Duties include planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting and coordination of resources required to implement PMO’s, modification and repair packages, inspections, maintenance projects, and construction projects from inception through execution. Develop annual budgets, scopes and goals for the field-wide CUI and Below-Grade piping inspection and insulation refurbishment programs. These programs concentrate on discovery of corrosion between insulation and exterior pipe walls, repairing as necessary. Work with crews and management to streamline the programs and adopt practices and technologies to increase efficiency and drive down per-location costs. There are roughly 175,000 potential CUI locations in the field. Provide day-to-day coordination and management of the CUI and Below-Grade programs, including prioritization of inspection and refurbishment activities, coordination with facilities, cost control, scheduling and reporting. Insure that the proper facilities personnel establish PMOs in a timely fashion to cover Repair Recommendation Notifications from the Corrosion group. Change settlement rules in SAP to insure charges go to the correct cost centers. Arrange for design development and support, including procurement of materials. Develop the detailed schedule in the field-wide integrated schedule, and export the execution phase to the contractor when materials and implementation packages are ready to be worked.

Manage TAR activates from inception to completion including but not limited to safety leadership, scope definition, scope control, budget approval and tracking, engineering support, IFA/IFC review, contractor selection, resource loading, resource scheduling and leveling, material management. Facilitate weekly TAR meetings with slope facility to update and progress activates and assure we are meeting the TAR CVP Milestone schedule and align with BP business objectives. Coordinate all slope based work activates that will be executed during or in support of TAR. Prepare and present all information for peer gate reviews to receive next stage of TAR/project funding from WOI’s. Determine all long lead materials and manage on time delivery from vendor. Single point of accountability thorough Appraise, Select, Execution , and closeout phase of TAR and assigned GPO Projects. Accountable for TAR close out, lessons learned, and KPI rollout after TAR completion. • Manage logistical aspects for the 2012 TAR season. Accountabilities include flights, housing, equipment, vehicle, office and break areas as well as other needs on and off site. To assure that all 2012 TAR needs will be met. Submittal of all contract and PA requirements for execution and sub-contractors. Help manage safety training, ATP2 process and other induction processes. Help facilitate plot plans using the MOC process get proper air, placement, and trenching permits and well as NS Borough permits. Maintain equipment utilization log with the help on central equipment coordinator to assure all TAR’s will have adequate equipment supply during the season.
