Responsible for onboarding a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsible to lead client calls and manage project timelines. Acted as a key piece in the training of new customer success team members, building out an integrated scenario to walk new employees through. Proactively identified and addressed customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve complex inquiries.
