I joined Normark UK (Dynamite Baits LTD) in 2015 following a successful 10 year career as a self employed ADI. I progressed to a position of site production manager after 2 years, allowing me to utilise and combine my detailed product and industry knowledge and innovative practical way of thinking with my compassionate approach to people management, supporting a team of circa 30 employees with 5 direct reports managing the production of around 600 SKUs across 5 production departments. Targeted at >97% fulfilment on demand from our U.K. customers plus the requirements of over 20 countries abroad.After a further two years, a shift in senior management presented an opportunity to progress further into operations management. Adding 2 despatch warehouses to my direct reports along with my maintenance team, procurement, import and export and HR.Throughout my career at Rapala VMC UK (formally Dynamite Baits, Normark UK) I have been heavily involved in driving continual improvement in both products and processes.
