I am a highly professional CFO with substantial commercial and strategic focus, alongside significant experience in the creative sector. After over 21 years (14 of which had been as the CFO) of working for one of the world's leading Creative businesses, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, I took a 6 month career break from October 2015. During this time, I undertook the Google Squared digital marketing course (Oct 15 to Apr 16) to become more conversant with the digital economy and also worked as a consultant to Electric Glue, a media partnership company.In April 2016, I joined Goodby Silverstein & Partners, a leading West Coast advertising agency, as CFO.Throughout my career, I have a proven record of driving growth, margin delivery and change management. My expertise includes strong leadership, negotiation, communication and management skills and I have fostered many strong and long-lasting relationships at all levels of the business, clients and suppliers, alike. I am a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant and have a mini MBA from London Business School in 2008. I have recently been elected as a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce)I now live in San Francisco with my wife, Katharine, and two childrenI am a keen cyclist and took part in the 2014 Dallaglio CycleSlam in the Swiss Alps and now like to cycle around the fantastic Californian scenery
