Achievements:● Lead the design and production of all external facing videos for New Zealand based company Legend Story Studios’ hit collectable game, Flesh and Blood, doubling Youtube subscribers in the first 4 months of production.● Lead a large team of over 30 people across multiple locations to produce an internal video for Victoria Police, as well as coordinating post production across multiple facilities, we were the first external crew to be granted access to film at the police academy training simulation facility.

The sole Writer, Director and Producer of the television production Arena Esports. Melee.● Effectively secured the unrestricted access to broadcast footage exceeding $100,000 in value annually from the Ukrainian broadcaster Weplay esports, allowing the production to cover professional competitions from games such as Dota2, Tekken and SoulCalibur.● Increased client satisfaction and optimised production time through the introduction of our weekly Player Profile segment. This segment grew into the cornerstone story that every episode was built around. Due to the timeless nature of the content, it was able to be planned well ahead of the production date, improving efficiency and speed of completion by 20%.

As Media Producer my main responsibilities are to produce and edit media content across a range of platforms and liaise with our various clients to ensure the satisfactory delivery of content. This includes video content, social media content.Some of the clients I have worked with during my time at Medialink Productions are; Fair Work Victoria, Creative Victoria, ViiV Pharmaceuticals, The Victorian School Building Association, and Nutrano Produce.Achievements:● Designed and implemented a new post production workflow built around Motion Graphics Templates. This allowed editors to efficiently produce large volumes of videos while ensuring brand continuity across the team. This innovative workflow allowed our small team to successfully design, produce and deliver to Worksafe Victoria more than 30 individual videos within 10 business days. Saving time and money.

As Content and Development Manager my main responsibilities are to oversee the creation of all RMITV programming and lead the development and design of new communications initiatives on various platforms. A large focus of my role is in analysis, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and the production and design of written internal reports to our elected Board. I additionally worked directly with RMIT executives in design the qualitative and quantitative analysis of media coverage, communications and campaign initiative outcomes to provide actionable and meaningful insights for improvement across the organisation.Responsibilities:● Oversee the creation of all RMITV programming.● Lead the development and design of new communications initiatives on various media platforms.● Write production funding proposals.● Internal and external stakeholder management.Achievements:● ”RMIT Alive” : A live streamed round table panel discussion show hosted by Pro-Vice Chancellor Paul Gough at RMIT University. RMIT Alive brings in students, academics, professionals and alumni to have a round table discussion about the industry and related RMIT initiatives and public policy. The program acts as the perfect external communications vehicle for promoting RMIT initiatives to Alumni, the greater community and other stakeholders.● “Formula SAE”: Internationally broadcast engineering and racing competition. Budget increased by 1000% from 2015 to 2016 due to increased buy-in from internal stakeholders. The last broadcast drew in more than 10,000 live viewers with an average watch time of 17 minutes.
