Like many after college, I was unsure what to do next or how to apply my accolades effectively. Started working in a kitchen with a large family-owned bar/live entertainment venue until an opportunity presented itself. Where I was lucky to have a mentor who saw more in me and took me under his wing. With his training, mentorship, and my North Dakota work ethic, over the following few years he eventually passed the torch to me. Where I became one of the largest hosts and purchasers of national entertainment in the state of MN/Midwest by my mid-20's. Generating millions of dollars in sales and revenue each year. Still wanting more - the automotive industry stood out as a terrific opportunity to apply my unmatched passion for cars/trucks/motorcycles. As well as applying my skills/talents acquired from the hospitality industry, entertainment industry, and healthy-competitive mentality from sports/martial arts. From there, the rest is history! Sometimes a individual just needs an opportunity and someone to believe in them. Now I am incredibly lucky to be able to do the same for others as my mentors did for me over the years. Not forgetting how far a simple opportunity and a mentor with faith in my ability has propelled my career. I take the utmost pride in being able to bring aboard and train new sales consultants with that same approach. Especially when other organizations fail to provide the tools required to be successful. It is infectious to be able to train and mentor those in the same position I once was, while literally changing their lives!
