Name of project: Roy Hill Package 3 Landside WorksProject details: $240 MillionLooking after the site with the site establishment of all offices and amenities, the constant update of the TMP, arranging of all subcontractors deliveries to the site via a transport management system.Being a mine processing facility one of the major tasks was keeping the project rolling and the key to this was the plant management with a fleet of Utes and buses to ferry all staff, wages to and from and around the site, also incorporating all of the heavy mobile plant from city cranes to 1300 tone crawler cranes, excavators, tippers, bob cats, front end loaders etc..• Oversaw 50 staff including Superintendents, Supervisors, tradepersons, Leading Hands, Yard Men, cleaners and labourers.
