As a Course Delivery Enabler with Scrum.org, I act as an ambassador for the Scrum.org courses that I support for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer community. This involves working closely with the community to improve course delivery and supporting Professional Scrum Trainers in: • Gaining deep understanding of the intent and design of the courses• Supporting trainers with their questions and concerns about course delivery• Facilitating course enablement sessions• Collaborating with trainers and the Scrum.org Courseware Team to identify and refine ideas for improving the delivery of courses

• Re-engaged with Office Depot, this time to introduce Agile thinking and ways of working beyond IT and across the business.• Coached areas including supply chain, merchandising and procurement as a pilot for wider Agile adoption in the business.

A Mastercard company providing payment processing services.• Working with Agile teams in UK and Romania developing and supporting a national real-time payment service for a clearing house in the US.• Utilised Kanban principles and pratices to evolve the existing Scrum process to a flow based, value driven system for a team responsible for project delivery, release and production support.• Introduced backlog management and replenishment meetings to smooth the flow of work into the development teams, limit work in progress and improve predictability. • Introduced use of metrics to the team including; throughput, cycle time, work item age to help the team self-manage both their work and find ways to improve.

Office Depot Inc. is a global supplier of office products and services.• Part of the team at the Office Depot Digital Innovation Centre responsible for the European eCommerce website.• Provided Scrum Master, Product Ownership and Agile coaching for Product Owners and several Scrum teams, including backend (AS400), middleware (EIS), and Hybris platform delivery teams that were responsible for rolling out a new set of European eCommerce B2B and B2C websites.• Introduced Kanban, first to the legacy support and maintenance team, and later to other teams in the organisation.• Worked with on-site and offshore team members.• Worked with the management team to experiment with the formation of feature teams so that a single team could deliver end to end pieces of functionality.• Worked to improve coordination and resolve dependencies across teams.
