Given full resposibility for the delivery of the 2.6 million pound interior refurbishment of 40 class 313, 13 class 317 and 40 class 365 units, including scoping, costing, engineering change and project management leadOther projects include;. Programming and fault finding of Class 317/1 and 365 Passenger Information Systems.· Replacement of Class 319 Driver seats (86 units) Part of a 1.8 million pound investment to improve fleet technical failures· Class 319 upgraded pneumatic air drying system (Air Water Oil Separator) (AWOS) Installation (86 units) Part of the 1.8 million pound investment to improve fleet technical failures. Class 319 C6 Project (Ptoject management liason with supplier Railcare Wolverton)· Class 319 Interior Refurbishment (36 units) (Project Manager)· Class 321 Fleet Interior Refurbishment. (13 units) (Project Manager) Part of the First Capital Connect High output specification to increase seats on the Great Northern Route. Class 365 interior referbishment (40 units) (Project Manager)· Class 313 Installation of upgraded shoe crimp arrangement.· Class 317-1 Bi-part door header panel land-yard fitment.· Class 319 Hexis Vinyl trial.. Employed as a multi skilled fitter, installing Train Protection Warning System Equipment to West Anglia Great Northern Railways Class 313, 317 and 321 EMU fleets. Carried out various other modifications to train door systems (morrs smitt door relays), body-side indicator lights. Carried out traction motor commutator grinding.
