As Vice President of Development in the Southeast Region for Dermody Properties, David is responsible for land sourcing, due diligence, entitlements, and design and budgeting efforts related to site development and land and building acquisitions/dispositions.To effectively guide the company’s land acquisition and development pursuits, David generates initial site analysis and feasibility studies, master plans, preliminary site layouts and infrastructure budgeting and design. He also manages and evaluates the work of third-party consultant teams tasked with investigating land-related environmental, geotechnical and natural/cultural resource matters, and coordinates with government officials at the federal, state and local levels with responsibility for securing all necessary entitlements related to zoning, plan approval, and permitting.
