I have over 30 years of experience in human services, specifically working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. I currently manage the Family Advocacy Programs at the Arc of Indiana. This includes providing resources, information, and advocacy to individuals and families, as well as working with other stakeholders including school systems, social service organizations, service providers and many other entities. I also conduct presentations on a variety of topics, including guardianship and alternatives, the Life Course Framework, SSI benefits, the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, and Transition/Post-Secondary Educational opportunities. We also follow a "no-wrong-door" philosophy, providing information and resources to anyone in need.
