I am an experienced and passionate instructor for Electrical Controls, Disaster Response and Individual Crisis Intervention. From 2010 until 2019 I was a Disaster Response Chaplain and Disaster Response Trainer for ICFG, a FEMA recognized disaster response organization. As a disaster response instructor, I have personally taught over 100 individuals in the protocols and proper response techniques for disaster response and crisis intervention, providing the trained personnel for multiple disaster teams nationwide. I am currently an approved instructor for Individual Crisis Intervention with ICISF. As an "unofficial" electrical control systems instructor for Carolina CAT, I helped the company achieve it's first ever $100 million dollar year in sales and service. I created and ran the fuel polishing section for Carolina CAT (Power Systems), achieving over $100K in profit the first year of the program. After leaving CAT I spent 1 year as a field service tech on backup residential generators, primarily Generac standby units. As the field service manager with Concentric, I am responsible for scheduling jobs and qualified technicians for the jobs.

As a senior technician for CAT, I recognized the need for proper training of new employees. New employees were paired with senior techs for training on the various systems unique to electrical power generation. With that in mind, not only did I work to ensure our techs were professionally trained on our systems but on proper safety etiquette as well, helping Carolina CAT to achieve the first ever $100 million in revenue threshold in 2016. I created and ran the fuel polishing division for Carolina CAT (Power Systems) and generated over $100K revenue within the first year of operation. In 2019 I completed all of the pre-requisites to become an accredited instructor for Caterpillar and was in the final process of completing the training when, due to multiple circumstances, my job at CAT was terminated.
