Managing all aspects of the Sales & Billing teams. I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to successfully attract and maintain business including the development of marketing programs. Additional sales responsibilities included the creation of all customer quotations and contracts and managing our external sales network. Through a strong relationship with our Customer Support group, we were able to achieve a customer retention rate of over 95%.Billing responsibilities included ensuring timely and accurate monthly billing for our more than 300 clients within a compressed timeframe. Support for generation of monthly financials for corporate accounting was provided. Additional responsibilities included annual Security Awareness Training.

Providing alternative methods to improve procedures and efficiencies while attempting to reduce overall costs. Responsible for generating all quoting and contracts to new clients and existing client renegotiation. Helped provide budgeting support to management.

Provided day to day support and light technical development for a dedicated base of clients. Coordinated with Sales and Management team to provide suggestions for upsell opportunities.
